Job Profile

As Sales Manager under Evaco Property Ltd, you will have the responsibility to define, set-up and implement the department’s strategy to sell the properties of the Evaco Group’s projects. You will work in very close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Director to establish the departmental goals whilst leading the team into contributing actively to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand the customer database and present our property projects to both existing and new customers.
  • Design programmes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Set-up an action plan to meet regularly with customers to nurture the relationship and trigger repeat or new purchases. Make appointments, visits and presentations of properties.
  • Ensure that the Customer Relationship Management software (thereafter referred to as CRM) is used and updated by all Sales team members.
  • Develop and secure long-term and effective strategic and professional partnerships with business providers such as Real Estate Agencies, etc …
  • Develop new markets to sell our property projects and expand our scope of sales strategy.
  • Set up an appropriate action plan for commercial initiatives. Forecast budgets and present expected results, liaising with internal and external service providers, coordinating logistics and decision-making regarding but not limited to: Digital marketing action plans, marketing materials and sales supporting documentation, visits to key customers and service providers, road shows, customer/partner events.
  • Ensure that all sales supporting documents are up to date with latest the latest decisions taken, provide feedback on customers, sales statistics, strengths or weaknesses to help determine the proper selling prices.
  • Follow-up of leads obtained following digital or other commercial actions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market and competitors’ activities, and serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences or trade shows.
  • Lead presentations for business development and keep involved in meetings with key business stakeholders.

Reporting

  • Elaborate the department’s budget (both monthly and annual) and further to Management’s approval, ensure that the budget is respected through established work and administrative practices for an optimum follow up.
  • Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
  • Create a dashboard that communicates information that is relevant, which allows to see the progress against the established objectives, the actions taken, the respect of deadlines, the expected returns.
  • You will be directly responsible and accountable for the sales department data, actions and results. Set up a proper feedback system by your team members in order to be constantly aware of all the activities of the department under your care.
  • Ensure that the strategy and the directives given by Management are followed and report on same.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in luxury property or related industry
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of legal and administrative procedures related to property transactions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Dynamic, proactive and capacity to work independently (autonomously) is mandatory
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
