Evaco Beach Club is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist & Cashier to be the first point of contact for guests and manage cash transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front-desk operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and handle billing and payments with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome and assist guests with check-in, reservations, and inquiries.
· Manage telephone calls, emails, and bookings professionally.
· Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate billing and record-keeping.
· Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
· Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
· Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile transactions.
Candidate Profile:
· Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification.
· 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or cashier role, preferably in hospitality.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Computer literacy (MS Office; POS system knowledge is a plus).
· Flexible to work on a rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays.
