We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven QA/QC Manager to oversee and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures across all construction projects. The role ensures that work is delivered in compliance with required standards, specifications, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists

· Conduct inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met on-site

· Review and approve method statements, Inspection and Test Planss, and material submittals

· Maintain and update quality documentation and records

· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on quality matters

· Report non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions

Candidate Profile:

· Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

· Minimum 8–10 years’ proven experience in a senior QA/QC role within large-scale construction projects

· Strong understanding of construction quality standards, processes, and regulatory compliance

· Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Strong communication skills in English and French
