Overall responsibility
The Timekeeper is responsible is ensure proper and accurate Timekeeping for all employees on Construction Site.
Duties:
- Capture daily absences for all employees
- Record employee information, such as new recruits, transfers and resignations
- Keep track of leaves, long absences, repeated late arrivals, and timesheet anomalies
- Provides daily absences reports to management
- Assist in correcting anomalies for payroll closurePerform regular visit in Dormitories to check absences
- Accompany employees to hospital as and when required
- Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Skills :-
