Overall responsibility

The Timekeeper is responsible is ensure proper and accurate Timekeeping for all employees on Construction Site.

  Duties:

  • Capture daily absences for all employees
  • Record employee information, such as new recruits, transfers and resignations
  • Keep track of leaves, long absences, repeated late arrivals, and timesheet anomalies
  • Provides daily absences reports to management
  • Assist in correcting anomalies for payroll closurePerform regular visit in Dormitories to check absences  
  • Accompany employees to hospital as and when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Requirements :- 

Qualifications :- HSC

Knowledge & Skills :-

  • 2 years’ experience

  • Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
