Storekeeper

We are looking for a diligent Storekeeper to support site operations by managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. The role ensures timely delivery, accurate inventory tracking, and proper documentation to maintain smooth project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate timely delivery and receipt of materials with site teams and procurement

· Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock regularly

· Prepare purchase orders and update reports for materials procurement and usage

· Liaise with site supervisors, coordinators, and storekeepers to ensure material availability

· Ensure proper storage, documentation, and adherence to health and safety standards

· Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with company procedures

Candidate Profile:

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position is required

· Experience in materials handling or storekeeping preferably in construction or manufacturing

· Good organizational and record-keeping skills

· Proficient in Excel

· Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
