IDEA Consultants looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the structural design and analysis of residential and commercial projects. The role involves overseeing project delivery from concept to execution, ensuring safety, compliance, and innovation in structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the structural design of residential and commercial developments

· Perform structural analysis and calculations in compliance with local standards

· Collaborate with architects, civil, MEP, and sustainability teams to ensure integrated project delivery

· Review, validate, and approve structural drawings, models, and technical documentation

· Conduct site visits to monitor construction, assess structural integrity, and resolve on-site issues

Candidate Profile:

· Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

· 7-10 years’ relevant experience in building projects

· Strong knowledge of local regulations

· Proficient in structural software – AutoCAD, Revit

· Strong communication and leadership skills
