Fairstone Construction is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Cost Controller to lead and oversee the cost management of large-scale construction projects. The role involves budget planning, cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting to ensure optimal project profitability and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.

· Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.

· Review and verify contractor claims, variations, and change orders.

· Prepare cost reports and financial analyses for management and stakeholders.

· Support tender evaluations and provide cost inputs during project planning.

· Work closely with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.

· Mentor and guide junior cost controllers in implementing cost control procedures.

Candidate Profile:

· Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.

· Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in cost control for large construction projects.

· Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.

· Advanced skills in MS Excel and cost control software.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
