Sales Executive

Evaco Property Ltd, a subsidiary of the Evaco Group and market leader in the Real Estate sector in Mauritius is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive for the sales of high-end value properties and other luxury offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to network with high-net-worth individuals, develop new business opportunities, and cultivate existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining regular communication.
  • Expand and strengthen the company’s network by building relationships to drive sales of high-end value properties.
  • Conduct accurate property estimations and maintain a comprehensive database.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and administrative procedures, creating necessary documentation for each transaction.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all transactions.
  • Facilitate timely closure of deals to optimize cash flow.
  • Provide regular reporting on transactions, client status, and property updates.
  • Oversee all administrative processes and client file management.
  • Stay abreast of relevant legislation and industry updates to ensure compliance and adaptability.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to implement strategic marketing, communication, and public relations initiatives.
  • Ensure proper reporting on clients’ visits, ongoing transactions and negotiations, B&B meetings & Prospection
  • Develop and maintain B&B network (Real estate collaborators, Realtors, brokers etc)
  • Participate, attend and coordinate corporate events to promote Evaco property developments and Evaco subsidiaries’ services

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in luxury property or related industry
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of legal and administrative procedures related to property transactions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Dynamic, proactive and capacity to work independently (autonomously) is mandatory
