Duties and Responsibilities
• Search for new potential clients to secure new business for services offered by the company related to Housekeeping (Cleaning Services), Maintenance and Conciergerie.
• Develop quality services to best suit the business capacity and exigencies.
• Develop marketing strategies and plan in order to drive sales and maximise revenues.
• Promote/sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective clients and recommending solutions to cater for their needs.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identify and analyse improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs or requirements.
• Meet clients to obtain feedback on services offered, areas of improvement, provide guidance/information and enforce relationship.
• Negotiate with clients for suitable quantum of service deliverance and best possible packages and rates.
• Compile information prepare reports with statistics and make forecast for better business operations.
• Any other duties as communicated by General Manager and/or Business Development Manager related to post.
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree holder in Sales and Marketing.
• Hands on work experience in Sales field.
• Possess excellent strategies, knowledge and capacities to market products and services.
• Excellent soft skills and convincing arguments to capture client`s attention.
• Good analytical skills and ability to prepare quotes and meet client`s request.
• Good communication skills – verbal and written in English and French.
• Good customer services skills and ability to maintain professional relationship with clients.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and good time management skills.
• Must possess a clean certificate of character.
• Must have car license and own vehicle.
