Property Rental Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple short-term rental properties, ensuring they are well-maintained to meet guest expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, handling inquiries, bookings, efficiently and professionally.
  • Create, manage, and optimize property listings on OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc., ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue including collaborating with tour operators and destination management companies to attract more guests.
  • Monitor pricing and occupancy trends, adjust rates accordingly, and implement revenue management strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports, including occupancy rates, revenue, guest satisfaction, and other key metrics.
  • Ensure all properties comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing short-term rental properties or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Must have experience with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, and other relevant platforms.
  • Previous experience working with tour operators and destination management companies preferred.
  • Experience participating in international travel and tourism fairs, showcasing properties, and networking with industry professionals.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and tools to promote rental properties effectively.
  • Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
