Overall responsibility

The Foreman will be responsible the oversee and manage specific construction projects as put forward by management,  from conception to completion.

  Duties:

• Manage and allocate tasks to employees and team leaders
• Manage daily onsite activities
• Report on productivity
• Ensure quality standard are achieve as per set specifications
• Assist in Managing the construction programme
• Manage and control overtime

The above list is not exhaustive, and the job holder may be asked to perform any other cognate duties incidental to his/her job. The Foreman reports to the Site Manager, or any other person designated by the Management.

Requirements :- 

Qualifications :- SC

Professional Qualification : Certificate in Building Construction
