We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Head Waiter to coordinate the service team during daily operations. The role involves ensuring high-quality service, supervising waitstaff, and enhancing the guest experience through professional and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in overseeing daily restaurant floor operations

· Supervise and guide waitstaff to ensure efficient service

· Ensure tables are properly set and guests are attended to promptly

· Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently

· Support the Head Waiter in team coordination and shift planning

· Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times

Candidate Profile:

· Minimum SC or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage

· Good communication skills – verbal and written

· 2+ years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality service.

· Well-groomed, courteous, and customer-focused

· Willing to work flexible hours including morning and late shifts
