Accounts Officer / Supervisor (4 – 6 months)

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in accounting and preparation of monthly management account.
  2. Prepare management accounts schedules and analyse the variance report with explanatory notes.
  3. Assist external auditors during audit process.
  4. Update daily bank position.
  5. Assist in the preparation of weekly cash flow.
  6. Weekly bank reconciliation.
  7. Issuing outgoing invoices to Clients and follow up on certification and receipt.
  8. Intercompany reconciliation
  9. Preparation of monthly TDS and VAT return
  10. Prepare payment and load on IB for approval
  11. Any other cognate duties as assigned by the management

 

Qualification & Skills

  1. Minimum of level 1 ACCA Completed
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience
  3. Ability to do multi tasking
  4. Result oriented person.
  5. Pleasant interpersonal skills
  6. Experience in the construction sector and buildsmart software will consist an advantage
